The State of the Arts acknowledges the vibrant work being done in the arts community, from the impact artists are making, to new arts opportunities for the field. The Fresno Arts Council is grateful to all the artists, organizations, leaders, and patrons that support and make the arts come alive. They hope to continue to enrich the community through the arts and acknowledge the growing cultural arts scene in Fresno. Each year at the Horizon Awards they take time to recognize individuals, organizations, and businesses that have made significant contributions to Fresno County through excellence in the Arts. Fresno Arts Council presented the 39th Annual Horizon Awards during State of the Arts.
